Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
All registration cancellation requests received one or before Friday, April 30, 2021 are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Requests must be sent via email to email@example.com with the subject ARC 2021 Cancellation Request.
Substitutions are allowed without additional cost. Registration substitutions will be allowed through Saturday, May 15, 2021. After this date, no substitutions will be allowed.
Registration fees CANNOT be applied toward future conferences.
Authorized cancellation refunds that have met the deadline will not be processed until after the conclusion of the conference and will be processed before the June 2021 year-end close.
