Tax Waiver
Provide the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver form at check-into request tax exempt status.
Hotel/Motel Name = N/A
Hotel/Motel Address = N/A
Occupancy date = N/A
State Agency Name = your campus
Headquarters Address = your campus address
Provide your campus issued ID.
The typical process is the form and a copy of your ID will be sent to the city who will either approve or deny the request. If approved before check-out, the folio will reflect the change. If approved after check-out, the adjustment will be made and a new folio issued.
