Justifying attendance at conferences is tough in today’s economy. That’s why we are here to help! Below is a link with four sample letters to help justify to your supervisor why you should attend the Academic Resources Conference.There are a few fields to be filled in, so read through this carefully and customize the letter to your needs and objectives.

The conference runs May 27-29, 2026. The cost is FREE!

- * You will be required to use your CSU credentials to register.
- * The Zoom platform supports up to 1,000 concurrent logins. We have opened registration beyond that number to support watch parties and shared viewing. All participants, including those attending watch parties, should register to receive updates and shared materials.
