Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
The information below is applicable when ARC hosts a in-person conference. The 2025 Online Conference does not have a cost associated and threfore does not have cancellation terms.
Cancellations
All registration cancellation requests must be received on or before April 28, 2026 and are subject to a $35 administrative fee. Requests must be sent via email to registration@csuarc.org with the subject CSUARC 2026 Cancellation Request.
Refunds
Authorized cancellation refunds received by April 27, 2026 will be processed after the conclusion of the conference, before the June 2024 year-end close. No refunds will be authorized after April 29, 2025.
Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed without additional cost. Registration substitutions will be allowed until close of business on May 18, 2026. After this date, no substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests must be sent via email to registration@csusarc.org with the subject CSUARC 2026 Substitution Request.
Additional Terms
Registration fees CANNOT be applied toward future conferences.
